Before the estimate

What photos should I send?

Send each side, the roof, interior, base, and the route to the street or driveway. Include dimensions and the narrowest gate width.

Do I need to empty the shed?

Yes when possible. Contents can hide damage, wiring, anchors, and excluded materials, and they add disposal volume.

Can you quote from photos?

The parent company states that photos can support a preliminary range in many cases. Complex access or structure conditions may require an on-site estimate.

Scope and site

Are foundations removed?

Only when included in the quoted scope. Clarify floors, skids, blocks, anchors, gravel, and concrete separately.

What items need separate handling?

Chemicals, fuel, oil, batteries, propane cylinders, and other hazardous or restricted materials should be identified before work is scheduled.

Will the area be spotless?

The agreed service includes a final sweep of the immediate work area. Soil repair, grading, landscaping, and slab work are separate unless specifically included.
